Jeff Messer: Founder, CEO, Dad, Adventure Seeker, and All-Round Funnyman

Jeff’s training mantra: Learning is NOT a spectator sport

Boring but important: Jeff is experienced in leading groups since 1990; he has six years of experience as a firefighter and nationally registered EMT for the Town of Beloit Fire Department; and he currently holds certification as a Challenge Course Manager.

What matters most to Jeff: His EXCELLENT safety record; ability to work with a wide variety of people/groups; training that has an impact - Learn on Monday, Apply on Tuesday; active learning - no death by PowerPoint.

In his "other life": Jeff is busy year-round. Spring - are you ready to talk turkey?? He is an active outdoorsman who is NOT opposed to wearing camouflage to put a little dinner on the table. Summer - Jeff leads the troops in the backyard as the Squirtgun Platoon Leader. Fall - Jeff's high energy is put to great use as the official leaf pile organizer. This is definitely a full-time job as the leaf pile organization requires re-organizing many, many, MANY times before cries of "Uncle" are heard! Winter - no toboggan team is complete without an anchor. Not one to sit still, Jeff is the lead dollhouse assembler for his daughter; dog walker; ice fisherman; and Little League coach.

Our Team: Jeff works with a team of talented facilitators who have the training, experience, and tools to offer high-caliber, practical education. Our facilitators’ leadership and team development skills are based on years of “real world” experience in business, communication, education, government and public service.
